As you said your 6th house is Libra in the natal chart and in navamsa 8th house is Libra, which means your Lagna is Taurus in natal chart or D1 and in navamsa your Lagna is Pisces. Venus has become Vargattama planet, as vargattama planet gives results mostly according to birth chart or natal chart so here Venus will give good result as Lagna lord, but as per D9 it will give some bad results too because there it is 3rd and 8th house lord which you will be able to feel mostly after your middle-age…

In your case 6th house position of darakaraka is not good but 4th house position is ok. Actually when Saturn becomes Darakaraka, then the planet needs to be devoid of any malefic influence, because Saturn itself is the malefic planet, so if it somehow gets the connection of other malefic influence then its malefic nature gets activated.
