The 4th house is the house of primary education and 9th house lord Jupiter is there means at primary level you already had decided what you want to study in your higher study time. As 8th house lord is also there in that combination thus you faced some obstacles in your study until now (may be a drop in your study) and whenever you have scored well or tried to score well you did not achieve properly.
