Hello sir, I have one thing to ask I hope you answer, actually from July 2019 till now my health decline very much in every aspect mental and physical both like having much stress and very much loss of muscles and strength increase in fat etc., I don’t want this anymore will I be able to recover from that and be better than before ? Like will I have my physical and mental health as I desire specially physical , like strength and muscular build aesthetics??
