According to the Birth Data you have given, you have fallen under the influence of Libra Ascendant (Lagna) and Scorpio Sign (Rashi). Before jumping to any divisional chart, let’s start with your natal chart.

As I said that your ascendant is Libra, so the Lagna lord here is Venus and he is exalted in Pisces which is very good sign for overall everything in life. Your Lagna lord is strong means – that you will face problems but those do not last for long in your life and will be solved very easily. Also in education – a strong Lagna lord is very much needed. Here I want to mention another thing that for Libra Lagna Sun is the “Badhak Planet” and it is with Venus which is also retrograded. So, Some challenge you will have to face in life for this yoga also which will come to your life suddenly without any prior notice.

As far as your education is concern – your chart is with full of good yogas. Those are indicating towards higher education even Research.
